Google My Business Now Allows Restaurants to Add Menus to Listings

Google My Business is now enabling restaurants to add and edit menus directly in their GMB listing.

This functionality is distinct from the previous feature that allowed restaurants to add links to their menus. There was also an existing feature where restaurants could create and edit menus via the GMB API or third-party menu services.

Now, instead of using the GMB API or third-party services, restaurants can add a structured menu directly on their GMB page.

Menus can be added using the GMB Info tab. The editor allows restaurants to create menus with multiple sections, such as appetizers, entrees, drinks, etc., and include the title, description, and price of each item.

The new menu editor is available only for restaurants in English-speaking regions, as long as their listing is not linked to a third-party provider. Menus will be viewable only on mobile devices.
